During the first half of the year,under the theme "Life grows in Uruguay," Uruguay hopes to deepen world dialog, strengthening its global position in life quality standards, institutional framework, pioneer legislation on, social equity and diversity.
I am Expottimisti because I think Expo Milano 2015 is the most important episode of the year. The way I see it, Universal expo’s are, in essence, international communication events and bring on the most important opportunities to worldwide countries that have something to say out loud.
This expo brings together people from all around the world that for six months will forget differences regarding cultures and religions. With the food playing the leading role, Expo Milano 2015 gathers global communities and create a map of flavors. To my mind, the exchange of ideas, cultures and gastronomic proposals will surely enrich each person who visits or works at expo.
